Nalbuphine Hydrochloride API: Injectable & Micronized Parenteral Grades
Nalbuphine Hydrochloride is a potent semi-synthetic opioid analgesic of the phenanthrene series. It is chemically related to both the opioid antagonist naloxone and the potent analgesic oxymorphone. As a mixed agonist-antagonist, it acts as an antagonist at the mu-receptor and an agonist at the kappa-receptor, providing analgesia comparable to morphine but with a significantly lower risk of respiratory depression.
At Micro Orgo Chem (MOC), we produce Nalbuphine HCl in our GMP certified facility. Given its primary use in hospital settings, we specialize in a Injectable Grade processed in aseptic Class 100 environments. Our Injectable API is optimized for IV, IM, and SC injections, featuring ultra-low Bacterial Endotoxin (BET) levels. We also offer Micronized Grades for specialized pharmaceutical research and alternative delivery systems.
Our API is compliant with USP, EP (Ph. Eur.), and IP pharmacopeias, supporting international dossiers and hospital-supply contracts.
